Accentuate Staffing has an immediate Direct Hire opportunity with a chemical contract manufacturer in RTP, NC.   We are seeking an Assistant Project Sales Coordinator.  This role will be responsible for supporting the Business Director of Business Development with the with sales and project support initiatives.  This position includes and competitive salary and full benefit package to include Medical, Vision, and dental, 401K, Short-term and long-term disability insurance, Paid holidays, Paid vacation and sick leave. A hybrid remote and onsite work environment is also offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Track Client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and due dates, log proposals
  • Track Weekly Sales, process Purchase Orders
  • Track important emails, managing weekly team meetings
  • Able to take direction virtually (through email, Zoom and phone)
  • Support the Business Development (BD) and Account Management Team when required
  • Invoice clients when Purchase Order terms are met
  • Support the File Maker (database software) and CDS (data repository software) updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in office setting
  • Interest or have taken classes in Chemistry
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be proactive in seeking better efficiency in communication with Clients and Colleagues.
  • Team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach
