Accentuate Staffing is partnered with one of the BEST pool maintenance companies in the Raleigh area and assisting with helping them hire an Assistant Aquatics Director. Responsibilities:
- Act as Aquatics Director in their absence
- Assist in the recruiting and training of new pool staff
- Perform all scheduling of lifeguards and other staff members
- Oversee and schedule pool maintenance and repairs as necessary
- Work closely with Aquatics Director to maintain budgets
- Responsible for purchasing of equipment and supplies for each facility
Requirements:
- Previous aquatics experience required
- Previous managerial/supervisory experience required
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean criminal background
