Accentuate Staffing has several openings for Assay Development Scientists at a biotechnology company. The ideal candidate has experience with assays, as well as experience with some immunoassay platforms. Company does not offer sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead scientist on validation and assay development projects
- Order and track inventory of laboratory supplies
- May be required to submit and prepare deviations
- Responsible for quick notification and identification of deviations
- Run assays independently, and perform assays according to GLP standards and guidelines
- Set up studies in the LIMS system
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, immunology, biology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment
- Experience with LIMS systems required; experience with Watson LIMS preferred
- Experience with PK/ADA/Biomarker assays, or potency assays
- Previous experience with any or all of the following assay platforms: MSD-ECL, DELFIA, ELISA, AlphaScreen
