Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an AR/Collections associate to join a large distribution team located in the Holly Springs area. This is a long term contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update aging report with assigned accounts
- Follow up on past due accounts
- Send communications to customers with past due account balances
- Generate and send customer statements
- Assist with customer credit limit
- Process all customer requests
- Process credit memos and work with Customer Service teams on communications
- Dispute and research on deductions taken from payments
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of A/R, Credit and Collection, and general accounting experience
- MS Office work experience
- Associates degree in Accounting desirable
- Strong reporting and analysis skill set
- Must be able to work under pressure and work on deadlines
