Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Appointment Setter for a rapidly growing technology company in Morrisville. The ideal candidate will be one that has previous outbound phone call experience, is interested in sales, and is great at building relationships. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Make heavy outbound phone calls to new customers to set appointments for service demonstration
- Enter in client information into company database and ensure correct details are up to date
- Organize and submit documentation, new client paperwork, and reporting needs in a timely manner
- Work with an automated dialer
- Work with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist billing team with updates to client accounts
Requirements:
- Sales/customer service/marketing background preferred
- Outbound phone experience required
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Enthusiasm to grow and challenge yourself
