Accentuate Staffing is seeking a bright and organized Sales Administrator. This is a temp to hire opportunity, working for an established supply company in Raleigh, NC. No previous sales experience is required but is a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support both our clients and peer team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Service customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative duties including quoting, order entry, purchasing and returns
  • Answer high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Schedule deliveries and installations and manage interoffice calendar
  • Process transactions accurately and assist in customer refunds
  • Communicate with vendors regarding specifications and order status

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year+ of experience support a sales team is a plus
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Solid project and time management skills
