Accentuate Staffing is seeking a bright and organized Sales Administrator. This is a temp to hire opportunity, working for an established supply company in Raleigh, NC. No previous sales experience is required but is a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support both our clients and peer team members.
- Service customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with administrative duties including quoting, order entry, purchasing and returns
- Answer high volume of phone calls and emails
- Schedule deliveries and installations and manage interoffice calendar
- Process transactions accurately and assist in customer refunds
- Communicate with vendors regarding specifications and order status
- Must be able to work independently & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year+ of experience support a sales team is a plus
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Solid project and time management skills
