Accentuate is hiring an AP Specialist to join a fast growing company in Cary, NC.  This is a full time opportunity!


  • Process invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals via multiple tools
  • Reconcile all vendor accounts and credit card statements including requesting invoices from vendors as needed
  • Communicate to all internal and external inquiries regarding payments and invoices
  • Retrieve vendor invoices on a routine basis via internal and external online web services
  • Research and resolve any invoice issues related to coding and approvals
  • Assist AP Manager with weekly disbursement
  • File and maintain accounting documents for proper record keeping electronically
  • Assist with monthly close process as needed ex: accruals, review AP aging, assist with monthly credit card accrual and charges
  • Perform special requests as required to support Accounting Department


  • 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working with AvidXchange, Sage Intacct or Nexonia Expense Report System Preferred
