AP/Payroll Administrator

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized AP/Payroll Administrator to join one of our clients in Holly Springs, NC. This position plays a key role in managing payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor payments and control expenditures.
  • Monitor available funds and process electronic cash transactions.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and submit data to ADP.
  • Verify employee hours, commission, deductions, and benefits.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Maintain financial records of general ledger accounts and expenditures.
  • Assist in budget preparation and adjustments.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Support Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (e.g., income statements, balance sheets, fund tracking).
  • Analyze current financial data against budgets and historical data.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting and payroll experience
  • Must have experience with ADP and general ledger systems is a plus
  • Experience with 3 way matching , AS400 & JDE
