Accentuate Staffing is seeking an organized and detailed Administrative Travel Coordinator to join a growing flooring specialist in the Raleigh area. This is a direct hire opportunity to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple administrative support tasks for both internal employees and field crew staff
  • Manage all hotel and travel needs for staff to include booking, scheduling, and any changes that are necessary
  • Work within hotel booking system to provide details to staff of booking dates
  • Assist accounting team with daily tasks
  • Handle travel expense reports and prepare weekly
  • Manage calendars and support daily needs of management
  • Communicate effectively with team members of any changes or updates to travel and projects

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work occasional Overtime
