Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Associate for an international company located in the Cary area. The ideal candidate will have strong detailed focus, and be able to support a growing customer service group with administrative tasks. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
- Assist the Customer Service team with daily administrative and clerical support duties
- Update company database with customer account information, billing requests, and shipping needs
- Manage weekly and monthly reports, pulling information from database and Excel spreadsheets
- Assist team with overflow of phone calls as needed
- Handle all clerical tasks including filing, faxing, and scanning of documents
- Update team on inventory levels and backorder status updates
- Help to streamline processes and procedures for team to ensure positive customer experience
- Support special projects as assigned by manager
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity within a busy office environment
- Flexible personality and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong MS Office experience; ERP system experience desired
- Excellent data entry skill set and highly organized
- Team player and ability to work with multiple departments
- Ability to work full time, M-F 8am-5pm
