Accentuate Staffing is assisting a quickly growing business in Cary, NC with an immediate need for an Administrative Project Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity providing administrative and general support to the Project Coordinator and other members of the team within the organization’s commercial division.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pay applications & submittals.
  • Run reports in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare DOT Quarterly Reports.
  • Assist with Business License Applications.
  • Submit & follow-up with change orders.
  • Issue purchase orders and maintain inventory.
  • Copy, fax, mail, and file documents, ensuring documentation/information is current and can be readily retrieved.
  • Keep office kitchen and office supplies stocked as needed.
  • Support Safety Administrator.
  • Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
  • Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities.
  • Help with inventory & shipping.
  • Organize digital files such as price books, submittal files, etc. to streamline estimating process.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

  • NC Residents Only
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 1-2 Years’ experience providing administrative support in an office setting
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent computer and typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
