Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to join a fast growing company in Research Triangle Park, NC.  This is a contract to hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office schedules and manage cancellations or late arrivals
  • Assist departments on upcoming projects, and process paperwork for all schedules
  • Maintain all notes in database
  • Manage weekly reporting needs and prepare purchase orders
  • Provide quick responses to vendors and field techs
  • Assist collections with collecting payments
  • Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate departments
  • Maintain and ensure accurate time entry for field techs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an administrative position
  • Excellent customer service skill set
  • MS Office background
  • Organized and detailed
