Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team. This role will be shared between two divisions within F&A and offers a mix of routine administrative tasks and project-based work. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter employee data into the accounting system (BST) accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as an additional reviewer for weekly payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Electronically file weekly payroll data.
- Project-based task: Scan, file, and archive historical employee payroll files and payroll data.
- File weekly AP check copies and invoices in Paid files.
- Scan and electronically file Certificates of Insurance (COIs), including maintaining records by adding new and removing expired documents.
- Support additional AP-related tasks as time allows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support or finance/accounting assistance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, particularly when balancing ongoing duties and project work.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
