Accentuate Staffing is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join a pharmaceutical client in RTP. This is a long-term assignment offering an excellent opportunity to support daily operations in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan, save, and electronically file packing slips in designated vendor folders
  • Restock and maintain all breakrooms, including routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines
  • Provide general administrative support:
    • Take meeting minutes and distribute summaries
    • Send internal communications and coordinate facility tour requests
    • Maintain and update staff directories (e.g., phone lists, office assignments)
    • Create office signage and name tags
    • File documents and assist with miscellaneous clerical duties
  • Monitor and replenish office supply inventory; place orders as needed
  • Manage office recycling collection
  • Coordinate catering orders for VIP meetings, training sessions, and other events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong proficiency with basic computer tasks, including:
    • Typing and accurate note-taking
    • File saving and document organization
    • Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and meeting scheduling
    • Familiarity with common keyboard shortcuts (copy/paste, save, etc.)
