Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.  This role will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization on a variety of projects while ensuring the efficient operation and organization of the company.  The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent phone manner, administrative, Microsoft Office skills, and  able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. This is an onsite M-F temp to hire role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and inviting manner
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Schedule meeting and appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answer multi-line phone and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Running and preparing reports as needed
  • Manage and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Includes forecasting needs, placing supply order, and expediting orders
  • Open and sort daily mail
  • Assist with planning company events
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Customer Service minded – ability to handle difficult situations
  • Able to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision
