Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong excel skills for a Raleigh based manufacturing company. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, zoom calls, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Answer multi-line phone fielding questions and promptly finding resolution
  • Occasional projects with the HR or Finance team assisting with administrative duties
  • Order office supplies for staff
  • Assist with planning company events

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business or related field
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Excel experience a must
  • Must be professional and able to work across multiple teams within the organization
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail
