Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a growing distributor in the Raleigh area. The Administrative Assistant will assist with many daily office duties and help to support the entire office team. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day scheduling and support senior leadership with calendaring of meetings
  • Answer phones and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mailings
  • Keep main office lobby area tidy and organized
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and faxing of documents
  • Prepare documentation for office personnel and assist with conference needs
  • Order office supplies and make sure supply closet is up to date

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in an office environment acting as administrative support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a busy environment
  • MS Office experience; QuickBooks is a plus
  • Highly organized and detailed
