Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join a lucrative home owners association located in Apex. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration or property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the office with general administrative functions
  • Organize and update customer information in data base
  • Manage office cell phone and greet visitors
  • Act as program coordinator for lessons, online registration, and scheduling
  • Assist with interviews and onboarding employees
  • Post jobs and manage company website
  • Order business cards and other office supplies
  • Generate reports and organize company outings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an office
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
