Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Administrative and Accounting Recruiter to join our internal team!  We are celebrating our 22nd year of operation in the Triangle as one of the largest locally owned recruitment firms in the area. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of recruitment sources to develop applicant candidate pipelines.
  • Speak with candidates to understand motivations, career goals, work experiences and expectations.
  • Interact with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements and to educate on employment market trends.
  • Match qualified applicants with clients hiring needs.
  • Partner with sales team to generate leads and new opportunities.
  • Facilitate interviewing and offer process.
  • Bring a collaborative, creative and positive attitude each day.
  • Manage order work flow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate differentiating interactions.
  • Work history that demonstrates commitment and initiative.
  • Collaborative and competitive spirit.
  • Growth mindset and acceptance of personal responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required and 1 year if previous HR or Recruiting experience is preferred.
