Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an organization work plan/NCQA tracker to achieve NCQA Health Plan accreditation with LTSS Distinction and other accreditations desired; coordinating NCQA survey activities, and ensuring ongoing compliance with NCQA accreditation standard
• Conduct ongoing NCQA readiness monitoring and auditing activities utilizing the NCQA tracker to identify risks and assist department managers with corrective actions to ensure continuing compliance
• Conduct policy & procedure annual review and updates according to Accreditation requirements
• Conduct organizational wide trainings on NCQA
• Serve as subject matter expert for NCQA health plan accreditation and standard interpretation; educating business leaders and their delegates as well as staff on standards
• Ensure staff are well trained in and comply with all organization and department policies, procedures, and business processes
• Ensure standards are transparent and applied consistently, impartially, and ethically over time and across all staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a human services field and five years of relevant health sector experience or quality improvement experience or Master’s degree in a human services related field with three year of relevant health sector experience or quality improvement experience.
• At least two years of experience in a NCQA Health Plan direct lead role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient team management and problem solving skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
