Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an established distribution construction company located in Garner. If you are incredibly organized and detail oriented, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Establishing tables of accounts and assigning entries to proper accounts
- Developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting record keeping and accounting systems
- Computing taxes owed and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets; preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- Analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
