Do you have an interest in gaining hands on Accounts Payable experience? Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an accounting support coordinator to provide administrative and data entry support to a busy Accounts Payable team. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts payable and other accounting duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond and communicate with vendors on a daily basis and complete vendor credit applications and requests for certificates of insurance as
  • Ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional
  • Purchase of office supplies for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary
  • Responsible for processing the processing of mail services for the office to include postage for outgoing mail and distribution of incoming
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s
  • Provide administrative support to accounting team to include entering and tracking information, answering departmental phones, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of previous data entry or administrative experience within an accounting department
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy, specifically MS Word and Excel
