Responsibilities:

• Create A/R Invoices in SAP.
• Apply cash to the A/R accounts daily and make the deposit.
• Process Credit Memo’s from RMA’s and Returns.
• Obtain credit information for new customers and set them up in SAP.
• Apply rebates to customer accounts.
• Enter invoices from major suppliers and process wire payments according to payment terms.
• Maintain cash flow spreadsheet to monitor availability of funds.
• Run Accounts Receivable Aging Report weekly and follow up on past due balances.
• Research and work with customers to identify reason for short payments and resolve with either payment or a credit memo.
• Review expense reports for compliance with T&E policy, provide coding and forward to Payroll for processing.
• Prepare WIP reconciliation on the first business day of each month.
• Process all rebates, trace fees and channel fees, preparing credit memos and check request as needed.
• Provide tracing data to external vendor to prepare monthly reporting.
• Process all Vendor Accounts Payable invoices.
• Generate weekly Accounts Payable check run.
• File and maintain files for all A/R and A/P invoices.
• Download all American Express statements and reconcile to underlying details; code charges as needed and process payment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3-5 years in accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections and financial accounting.
• Excel and SAP experience preferred
• Excellent data entry skills
• Good communication skills; must be able to interact with all levels of staff
• Customer-service focus
