Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Account and Customer Support Rep to join a growing distributor in the North Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes helping customers and supporting company operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with pre-assigned accounts to maintain all support needs
- Handle all calls, emails, and inquiries for customers in a timely manner
- Assist sales team with new clients and build relationships with those new accounts
- Maintain and update customer records in company database
- Work with warehouse team to ensure proper shipping and billing information is met
- Handle shipping discrepancies and manage any delays or back orders
- Manage special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years in a customer support focused role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player
- MS Office proficiency and ability to pick up new software
- Strong data entry skill set
