Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Representative to join a global manufacturing company located in Cary. The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing purchase orders and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders over the phone, update customer information, and relay product information
- Provide customer service support to multiple departments
- Resolve customer complaints and search for data errors in system
- Support marketing and sales department on pricing matters
- Preform data entry and system maintenance on as needed basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Background working in a manufacturing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
