Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Account Associate to join a growing company. The ideal candidate will create estimates and enter orders out of their beautiful office in Holly Springs. This full time position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior computer and communication skills and an aptitude to learn new concepts quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify customer selections, purchase orders, and diagrams.
- Create and enter work orders with 100% accuracy.
- Create drawings utilizing industry specific graphics software.
- Prepare correspondence and create estimates and quotes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and customers.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and high quality of work each day.
- Must have strong attention to detail
