Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an established company in the Raleigh area.
• Responsible for answering incoming phone lines and routing calls to appropriate team members.
• Welcome and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner. Check in and out visitors with badges.
• Track contracts and PO’s in Excel
• Manage database needs and update all contact information
• Serve as primary point of contact for staff & vendors on facility needs. This may include general maintenance and repairs, janitorial, security and safety, furniture and equipment, space planning, renovations, and inspections, and other.
• Manage office mailings, shipments, and deliveries; distributes mail.
• Coordinate purchase of office supplies.
• Coordinate setup for meetings and events for the facility
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Degree preferred
• 2 years of administrative work experience
