Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Specialist to join an engineering company in the Apex area.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting new product & lead time to customers.
• Ensuring appropriate entries are made after each communication and maintaining correct information.
• Issuing & updating RMA’s and quoting repair costs to customers & processing Purchase Orders for RMA Dept.
• Creating new customer accounts in Intuitive & working with AR to set up account. Includes completing vendor information for new customer.
• Entering new part numbers & updating existing part number pricing, along with updating price lists.
• Handling customs documentation for correct processing of International orders. Includes troubleshooting Customs issues.
• Verifying customer orders
• Sending instructional manuals as needed to customers.
• Handling marketing/sales emails for Account Managers
• Creating & processing Consignment orders.
• Setting up customer portals.
• Creating customer reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum three (3) years sales or sales administration experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
