Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join a local company in the Durham area.  This position is responsible for driving the sales process in new accounts through a combination of virtual and direct sales methods.  The right candidate must be a highly motivated, self-starter with a desire and ability to overcome obstacles in order to overachieve.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business. This includes outbound calling, follow-up on leads generated through Marketing activity, and efficiently qualify sales opportunities to determine prospect readiness
  • Identify and establish relationships with key leaders and industry related professionals
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline to support over achievement of established sales objectives.
  • Utilize CPM (Salesforce) to document sales activity and results
  • Identifying and close opportunities with varying sales cycles
  • Oversee end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract execution and transition to Ops team
  • Continually maintain industry and solution knowledge and evaluate needs, trends, and competition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Healthcare Sales experience with a track record of success
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field; if no degree, 7+ years healthcare sales experience
  • Strong understanding of health systems, healthcare information technology vendors, wellness companies, pharmaceutical companies and payers
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Salesforce.com),MS Office, Google Docs and business support applications
  • Excellent and effective presentation and public speaking skills
