Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Wake Forest area. This position serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, assisting with order placements
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Completes needs analysis to better assist customer.
• Receives and process routine customer orders.
• Schedules LTL customer shipments, including overseas shipments.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Communicates with, and answers, Customers questions via Bold Chat
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information and ensuring we have all the needed documentation.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Assist in collecting payments on delinquent accounts receivable.
• Maintains ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assists 3 Outside Salesmen with quotes, gathering demographics for leads
• 3-5 years customer service experience
• Quality driven phone experience.
• Documentation skills experience.
• Ability to handle customer conflict resolution.
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
