Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist to join an established company in the Holly Springs area.
• Enter sales orders into the system via customer purchase order received
• Convert sales quotes into sales orders
• Work with sales staff to process incoming orders
• Determine the best shipping method for each order if not stated on customer purchase order
• Process freight quotes for customers
• Review each purchase order received for additional information that needs to be noted on the sales order
• Determine back order date for item/items that do not allocate
• Track information for customers in main portal
• Processing any changes to orders based on customer approval via e-mail or fax
• Assist with special requests as needed
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of data entry experience and the ability to type 45 words per minute
• MS Office proficiency
