Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a major pharmaceutical company in the RTP area. This is a great opportunity for college graduates recently out of school.
Responsibilities:
•Receive and make inbound/outbound calls from customers, sales representatives and end users regarding inquiries, order status, application of products and pricing
• Responsible for order management, which can include: sales order processing, validation and completion of necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorizations (RGA), verifying credit status/pricing, and verifying inventory levels
• Professionally diffuse irate customers while identifying the root cause and providing adequate solutions
• Interfaces with key departments in support of order management processes
• Maintains service excellence by adhering to the Quality Assurance program guidelines
Requirements:
• High School Degree required.
• College Degree in a business related field preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience desired. Call center and order entry experience also preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required. Telephone sales ability a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• SAP experience and knowledge preferred
