Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join an established technology company in the RTP area.   This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of a company-wide Quality Management System.

Responsibilities:
• Implementing solutions through continuous improvement.
• All aspects of the development and implementation of a company-wide Quality Management System
• Tracking and maintaining data analysis of key metrics and performance data as it relates to quality strategy and results.
• Establishing statistical reliability targets across the spectrum of testing types.
• Continuous improvements realized by stretching quality targets throughout the organization.
• Interact with multiple departments to help leadership meet or exceed internal and external quality performance targets.

Requirements: 
• Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of:
-Automated and manual testing experience
-Black Box testing
-White Box testing
-Performance testing
-Development of QA policies and procedures
• JavaScript, Python, Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), basic e-mail (Microsoft Outlook) and basic Internet navigation.
