Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Associate to join a manufacturing company in the Durham area. The ideal candidate will be able to work evening and weekends. Once must be flexible to work all of the following shifts:
Monday — Friday 2:30 p.m. — 11:00 p.m.
Monday — Friday 11:00 AM — 7:30 pm
Tuesday — Saturday 7:00 am — 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by answering phones and dispatching service technicians
• Take parts orders and service call closures on the phone, FAX and email and complete data entry and confirmation of both domestic and international parts orders
• Maintain file maintenance issues for Customer, Site and Product files in the Vantive SIS system as needed. Includes researching, updating and correcting database files.
• Review invoices for accuracy, validating the billing against the service order and contract entitlements.
• Process service orders for invoicing and processes credits as needed using the Oracle billing database.
• Verify contract coverage entitlements by navigating and searching the contracts database in Vantive SIS.
• Provide support to field team by dealing with customers, accounting and managers on a daily basis with regard to all issues related to parts ordering and service calls
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a call center environment (customer service or technical support)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Able to pass a background and drug screening
