Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing organization in need of a Service Desk Specialist to join their staff.  This is a long term contract position with some strong potential to go full-time where you will be working on various project and support based initiatives within the organization.  In addition to troubleshooting issues within our clients’ internal infrastructure as well as supporting various end user (and in some cases server) projects.  This role will operate independently under the direction of a team lead, but will also work within the team to get issues resolved.

To be the fit, our client is seeking out strong Windows 7-10 expereince.  Additionally, having a strong troubleshooting background with Apple and Samsung based tablets and mobile devices are going to be held with higher weight.  Strong Active Directory experience is a must.  Certifications are preferred (A+, Net+, MCP, etc.)
