Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Corporate Recruiting Specialist to join an established company in the Holly Springs/ Cary area.   This position is responsible for recruiting hourly, professional and management positions. Duties include working with management to define job qualifications and advertising in multiple media venues. Essential duties include conducting preliminary interviews, facilitating onsite interviews, and coordinating drug and background tests.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain company job descriptions and assist management with definition and creation
-Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, college, employment agencies , media, etc.
-Facilitate panel interviews
-Coordinate schedules and arrange travel, lodging and meals
-Manage employee relocation by determining needs, negotiating movers, arranging temporary housing, providing community introductions
-Manage internal transfers from one department to another
-Ensure compliance with EEO and AAP require

Requirements: 
-5 years of progressive experience recruiting non-exempt, professional and managerial positions
-Must have a passion for recruiting and understand the long term ramifications for each and every hire
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
-Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
-Must be proficient with MS Office
