Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join a well established software company in the Durham area. This role will be focused on brand-building, print and web, and creation of various support materials for our expanding line of educational software products. The Graphic Designer will work to provide creative and technical support for Software Products in addition to all other Corporate initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Responsibilities:
-Create promotional, presentation, & marketing materials for clients and various departments
-Update and maintain Drupal CMS marketing and support sites
-Create wireframes & mockups for UI layouts and elements for various Software Apps
-Create and Optimize logos for use in various applications
-Assist in development of User Guides for both Print and Web
-Assist in development & creation of imagery for Educational Online Lessons
Requirements:
-BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Related Field
-minimum of at least 3 or more years’ experience in collaborative design environment or related field.
-Ability to work with and manage multiple projects for varying groups within the corporate structure. -Must be highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, communicate efficiently with various key stakeholders, and work well within deadlines.
-Good people skills and the ability to prioritize projects is a must, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver
Microsoft Office
-Basic knowledge of HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3
-Strong Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workflow
as situations dictate
-Strong understanding of project execution and practical applications of creative work
-Prior experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress or Drupal), HTML5 Animation and Video Recording/Editing not required but preferred.
