Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Morrisivlle area.   This position is responsible for maintaining customer relationships by responding to inquiries, documenting actions taken, entering orders, and communicating clearly and positively both internally and externally

Responsibilities:
• Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude
• Review notes and records regarding previous inquiries and responses to offer an accurate response
• Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ account records for all customers.
• Improve quality service by recommending improved processes, and by identifying new product and service applications and sharing those with others in the company.

Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong product Knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and networking with customers and suppliers.
• Be organized and familiar with computers, having good data entry skills and the ability to read and interpret order and related information from the systems and from printed reports.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Highly self-motivated individual.
