Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position does require some evening work.

Responsibilities

• Work in a call center environment handling inbound calls regarding customer questions
• Update customer accounts in the computer system
• Toggle through multiple financial systems to research customer needs
• Research multiple questions and needs
• Follow-up quickly and make outbound calls to clients

Requirements

• Degree is preferred
• Previous Banking, Customer Service, or Retail work experience in a fast paced environment
• Must have an upbeat and “can-do” attitude
• Must have a clean background and drug screen
