Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Bilingual Scheduler for a client of ours in Cary, NC. This position is a temporary 12-week assignment that will require occasional overtime and some Saturday work.

Responsibilities

• Contact Spanish speaking referral lists of patients to enroll in company’s services
• Answer patient questions and follow-up with continuous communication
• Manage calendar and set-up appointments for representatives to meet with patients in multiple time zones
• Work in a team environment to accomplish weekly goals

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Previous Customer Service or Sales experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industries
• Pharmacy experience is a huge plus
• Must have a clean background check and drug screen
