Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join an established company in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible to work one of the following schedules:
• Sat/Sun 8a-4p; Mon 6p-10p; Tues 7p-11p
• Sat/Sun/Mon 12a-8a
• Wed 7p-12a; Thurs 6p-10p; Fri 6p-3a; Sat/Sun 4p-1a
• Tues-Fri 5p-2a; Sat 5p-11p
-Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding orders
-Dispatch high volume of orders promptly as they come into the portal.
-Schedule orders as needed.
-Quote information for hospice and/or general delivery orders.
-Maintain and update electronic portal with information pertaining to orders.
-Strong, sound analytical skills and high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
-Excellent written, interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills.
-Basic understanding and knowledge of health insurance usage processes and/or procedures.
-Previous experience in a call center environment
-Ability to type and use internet search engines such as Google or Yahoo, required.
-Be punctual and dependable.
