Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Industrial Recruiter to join an established company in the Fuquay-Varina area.  This position requires previous experience recruiting for industrial roles. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Source, recruit, screen, and on board candidates
• Research, identify and utilize various sourcing tools needed to pursue both active and passive job seekers.
• Follow recruiting and labor management procedures to facilitate the recruiting and on-boarding process.
• Learn about the company and benefits, current and past projects, and bid projects, to promote the company.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude to promote the company way.
• Network and build relationships to develop suitable ongoing contacts for referrals.

Requirements:
• Previous recruiting experience required
• Previous industrial recruiting experience preferred
• Solid communication skills
