Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Service Desk Specialist for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both hands on and phone support for end users
• Perform inventory management and computer cloning/imaging to resolve end user issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience with Windows Desktop and Printer support
• Knowledge of Active Directory is required
• A+ certification is preferred
• Ability to multitask and assess risk/perform mitigation actions
• Familiar with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Imaging, VMWare, Windows Server 2008
