Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join an established company in the Raleigh area.
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
• Ability to efficiently manage calendars
• Scheduling appointments and meetings for various needs
• Placing orders for office supplies and catering orders
• Pull reports from company database and create excel documents
• Organizing daily mail and weekly runs to UPS and various other banks
• Light accounting workload per week to be done
• Small amount of marketing work via social media
• Notary work that will vary from a week to week basis
• Data entry for various tasks
• Placing inventory orders through different vendors for various needs
• At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Highly proficient with all different types of technology
• Very comfortable with various versions of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
• Prior Quickbooks experience
• A quick learner who would require minimal training
• Highly detailed orientated with an extremely positive attitude
• Looking for a candidate who would like to grow and excel with the company
