Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AP Specialist to join an established construction company in the Raleigh area.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Construction and Timberline experience preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• Experience in construction industry – job costing
• Experience in multi-state sales tax
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
• A well-organized team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable – matching to PO, coding, keying, payments, filing
• Assist with problem resolution for discrepancies on invoices
• Review of monthly statements to ensure prompt payment of invoices
• Participate in lunchtime phone coverage rotation (to cover for receptionist’s lunch break)
• Assist in other areas of accounting as needed
