Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Pre-Employment Coordinator to join a major pharmaceutical company in RTP, NC. This is a long term contract position that could last 6 months – 1 year in duration. This is a great position for recent grads seeking to gain more experience within the HR field.

Responsibilities:

-Process I-9’s, background checks and drug screens                                                                                           -Maintain all on-board paperwork for new hires throughout the US

Requirements:

-1-3 years of recent relevant work experience is required
-Bachelors Degree is preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
-Must be proficient with MS Office
-ICMS experience would be preferred

This position will be 40 hours a week – Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-5pm.
