Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an onsite HRIS Analyst for a temporary role with a well established organization in Raleigh.  The HRIS Analyst will provide daily involvement to ensure the success of the  organizations HR  computerized systems’ operations.  This role will also be responsible for processing personal data entry, developing and updating systems reports, monitoring/ auditing data and report accuracy, and various HR administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages HRIS Ceridian software, providing technical assistance and security to system
  • Maintains structural changes to HR database tables.
  • Manages/maintains employee information in HRMA each payroll cycle
  • Biweekly audit the HRIS data for accuracy and completeness and make data corrections accordingly
  • Activates new, changes and terminated employees and enters selected employees’ bi-weekly time records into the Ceridian system.
  • Prepares and transmits all HR information to the payroll department for processing.
  • Updates and maintains HRIS with HR-1’s and directions from other department associates.  Insures HRIS data is currently coordinated with payroll systems.
  • Insures all appropriate paperwork is received for newly hired associates.
  • Reviews HR-1 information for completeness, insuring all required signatures are recorded and payroll effective dates are correct.
  • Produces various HR Department and Company reports and completes external surveys and reporting
  • Produces custom reports at the request of Group Leaders and produces routine HR reports some of which may be advanced.
  • Properly enter personal time and insure actuate HR Departments’ hourly Associates time entry.
  • Guide, coach and train others on the proper usage of the systems

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with at least four years experience using computerized office systems, preferably HR related
  • 5+ years previous HRIS/HR experience
  • Must have used Ceridian Dayforce
  • Advances excel skills
  • Experience working with workflows, separations terminations, entering all onboarding info for employees, auditing, reporting, etc.
