Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Part-Time Office Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.
- Perform administrative duties, to include: filing, answering phones, scheduling, etc.
- Perform new hire orientations and separation processes
- Maintain personnel files
- Prepare monthly financial documents
- Assist Bookkeeper with the preparation of annual tax documents
- Manage customer invoicing
- Interface with vendors to submit purchase orders, make payments, and set-up purchasing contracts
- 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager within a small company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferable
- Must be organized, task-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
