Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
• Process order entries and transactions
• Process customer returns and order pickups
• Quote product prices to customers
• Process replacement orders
• Maintain product files and inventory levels

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent customer service skills; via telephone and in-person
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to perform clerical and basic accounting functions
