Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator to join a growing company in the Raleigh area.   This position will be responsible for managing signage projects from approval of sale through final installation. The job scope includes complete project planning, scheduling, budgeting, sub-contractor negotiations, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales executives to achieve client goals through production
• Assist with field operations
• Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare RFQ’s, purchase orders and manage work orders for product installations
• Coordinate, fabrication and installation schedules to ensure projects meet expected deadlines as provided by Sales Staff/Client Representatives
• Work to resolve issues that may occur within your project scope
• Provide prompt completion analysis for closeout for completed projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant sales personnel and ensuring technical/manufacturing feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• 1 year of project management within the construction industry is required
• Construction Management background preferred
• Experience in scheduling, estimating and installation coordination highly desired
• Computer savvy, MS Office proficient, MS Excel
• Willingness to travel based on client needs
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
